This website is operated by The Little Nest, an online retailer based in Australia. You can reach us at info@thelittlenest.com.au.

2. Products & availability

We do our best to display our products, colours and descriptions accurately. Slight variations in colour or measurement may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue items at any time. Where an item is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a refund.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be made in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing or product error has clearly occurred.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order, not that a contract exists, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your item(s).

5. Shipping & delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated delivery times are a guide, not a guarantee, and we're not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & refunds

Our returns and refund process is set out on our Returns & Exchanges page. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All content on this site. including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to The Little Nest and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
